how to fit a wing mirror indicator light

Hi,
am wondering how easy it is to fit the driver's side indicator on the wing mirror, as this part is cracked on my current wing mirror. I#ve been quoted £39 by VW to fit the part, which seems a bit excessive! Also the wheel trims and VW badge in the centre of the wheels are all scored, so am wondering how easy it would be to replace these as well

You have to remove the glass (without breaking it) and remove the cover (without snapping on of the tags) so half an hour’s labour is very reasonable, the part is about £20. Do you have full wheel covers?
