vw touareg 3.0 tdi

I have had a touareg for three years , Ilove the driving performance, the looks ,
also for size the economy, the down side is the electrics,nothing but problems,
latest again is battery problems ,this by the way is the second one in 1year,
the battery is positioned under the front seat, 1.5 to 2 hrs to remove & replace.
the vw designer should be awarded the prixe for the most ridiculous design on
this ,costs a lot every time some one has to check out battery,
the latest battery was fully charged two days ago ,this morning flat,
now back on charger.when running showing 14 volts
apparently nothing showing at fault when checked out,
vw wont give any help
this will be the last vw ,unless there is considerable improvement on this type
of stupid under seat design,& there electric problems are solved.
